KEVIN MAHER BIO
KEVIN MAHER is an Emmy-nominated comedy writer whose work has been seen on Nickelodeon, Comedy Central, AMC and Vh1.
He’s made over 40 short films which have been shown everywhere from MoMA to Troma, with screenings outside of Sundance and Cannes. Kevin produced the monthly film festivals Video Vaudeville and First Sundays. He also wrote and produced 11 stage shows, including the off-Broadway hit LONE DRIFTER.
Critics have compared Kevin to Ernie Kovacs and Jonathan Winters, but his highest praise came from Tiger Beat, who called him “funny!” Recently Kevin has been writing feature animation scripts for Kanbar Entertainment. The Christmas movie, “Hoodwinked for the Holidays” is coming soon to DVD.
